“Dispose Of Properly is one of a series of paintings based around the idea of questioning how we interact with our urban surroundings through the lens of Brutalist concrete. This particular piece takes a look at a snapshot of the texture found in a typical urban space, and prioritises it as the focus of the work. A lone painted piece of bubblegum sits as a playful nod to the everyday apathy we can often display for our urban surroundings.”
This artwork is presented on wood panel and housed in a modern, light wooden tray frame. This work is ready to hang as presented, or can be easily unscrewed for an alternative frame. Attached to the back of each frame is a standard sawtooth picture hanging fixture. This is lightly screwed in as a standard fixture, and is designed to be removed if a different hanging fixture is preferable or required.
Each artwork comes with an exclusive Certificate of Authenticity (COA), hand-signed by the artist, as well as a personal letter of thanks containing additional context around the artwork.
